Accounts and tools
You need Figma, the UpBuilder plugin, an UpBuilder account, and an export unlock.
Everything else depends on which destination you pick.
- Figma
- Any plan. The UpBuilder plugin runs inside the Figma editor.
- UpBuilder
- Sign in with Figma or Google.
- Webflow
- A site you can edit, plus the UpBuilder Designer Extension installed on it.
- WordPress
- Elementor installed. Pro only if your design uses a menu, form, slides, or testimonial carousel.
- Node.js
- Only needed to run a React or Astro download on your machine.

A single project can also be unlocked on its own for $20, without a subscription.
Usage limits
- Builds
- Reset monthly.
- Messages
- Reset daily at midnight UTC.
- What counts
- Follow-up chat messages only. The first build and fixing export issues do not count.
- At once
- One build at a time per account.
Design limits
- Designs
- 15 per build, on every plan.
- Frame size
- 20,000px maximum, in either direction.
- Visibility
- Hidden layers and fully transparent layers are skipped.
